Miracle Mondays – Lyndie Jones

Born at 23 weeks, Lyndie Jones was given a slim chance to survive. “After finding the infection, the doctors talked with us to tell us there would be a possibility of us losing Lyndie,” said Katie Alsup, Lyndie’s Mom. “We were told that with the infection and the severe prematurity her chance of survival would be slim.”

Lyndie beat the odds and today is a thriving, smiling 4-year-old!  She likes Mickey Mouse, Little Einstein and American Cheese! She has made tremendous strides through therapy at St. John’s Children’s Hospital and she is truly a miracle.

“She has a giggle that melts your heart, a sparkle in her eyes and dimples to fall in love with!”
