MIRACLE MONDAYS! – The story of Selena Lindsay

“She actually had to be resuscitated at birth.”

Selena Lindsay loves eating strawberries and hopes to one day become a vet or a famous singer! Mom, however, remembers the day when Selena (born at 31 weeks) almost didn’t make it.

“She had to be revived when she was born, and she was on oxygen for days,” Rhonda Lindsay said. “She was on a feeding tube for six weeks.”

Selena has Cerebral Palsy and receives physical therapy at HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital.

“It was a special moment when Selena was able to run down a small hill, wearing her leg braces, when she was three years old.”
